The role

As Marketing Project Manager, your mission will be to contribute to achieving the commercial objectives by managing and executing marketing projects.

You analyse project proposals and their expected impact, translate strategic needs into concrete marketing initiatives, and ensure high-quality and timely execution. You work at the intersection of marketing and sales and make sure marketing projects deliver measurable commercial results.

What you will do

1. Analyse project proposals and their expected impact to clearly define needs, objectives, priorities and targets
2. Analyse the customer portfolio, market and competition to identify growth opportunities
3. Conduct and coordinate market research and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives
4. Build and manage a structured contact plan across the full customer journey, in support of sales
5. Develop, plan and coordinate newsletters and campaigns for specific target audiences
6. Analyse the performance of newsletters and campaigns and continuously optimise content and impact
7. Initiate and support digitalisation and process optimisation initiatives
8. Lead strategic marketing projects from idea to delivery
9. Communicate project status and progress on a regular basis to stakeholders, building alignment and support
10. Work closely with sales, marketing, digital and CRM teams to maximise commercial impact
11. Monitor timelines, priorities and quality of execution

This is you

12. Several years of experience in marketing and project management
13. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess impact and priorities
14. Structured, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects
15. Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how marketing drives sales volumes
16. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
17. High standards for quality and a strong respect for deadlines
18. Agile mindset and hands-on approach
19. Awareness of the latest trends/evolutions in the mobility sector
20. Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of English

Reporting line

You are part of the Marketing team at Arval Belgium and report directly to the person responsible for partnership marketing. You work closely with the Sales departments and other internal stakeholders to support the achievement of commercial targets.
