Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the order book for multiple markets from order creation to delivery
* Follow up the life cycle of a sales order in SAP and maintain conditions and parameters up to date
* Drive the order book analysis on your scope:
* Ensure batch allocation and packaging activities are performed on time versus requirement.
* Identify potential blocking points
* Assess the supply impact
* Consolidate and Escalate for resolution
* Collaborate with distribution Team to arrange shipment as per required date
* Work in collaboration with Regulatory, Quality, Planning, NPI (New Product Introduction) and Distribution Team to solve blocking issues with the target to supply OTIF (On Time In Full)
* Follow up on Inventory:
* Ensure a FEFO (First expired First Out) allocation when possible
* Analyze options for Short Shelf Life batch
* Provide comments and root cause on finish goods without order allocation
* Ensure that all Regulatory and Quality requirements, compliance rules and GMP regulations are respected when applicable
* Potential involvement in continuous improvement initiatives when required
Why You?
* You hold a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics Business or Logistics
* You are fluent in English (to liaise spoken & written) to be able to liaise with our international stakeholders
* You have at least 2 years' experience in supply chain (customer service, planning, production, ...)
* You are capable to work as a team member and you have a good sense of communication.
* You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
* You are at ease dealing with multicultural specificities in his contacts with GSK local contacts
* You have a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability
* You are stress resistant and you are organised (able to prioritize workload)
* Proactive
* You are rigorous and have excellent analytical skills
