During implementation stages, the activity can be carried out in construction areas which requires the use of Individual Protection devices and compliance to specific norms and regulations. /ppbRequirements /b /ppbSkill, Knowledge Experience: /b /pliThe candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance /liliUniversity level qualification in a related discipline (Civil/Mechanical or Electrical (High voltage) Engineering), or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience; br / br / /liliMinimum 10 years of experience as a senior project manager for large office redevelopment projects on behalf of the end user, in an international organisation or a national public administration (civil or military). /liliGood knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes. /liliGood understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties. /liliGood knowledge of programme and project management methods. /liliGood knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures. /liliExperience in programme management at major unit or executive level. /liliAbility to produce succinct, well-structured and effective staff papers, presentations and correspondence. /liliExcellent written and verbal skills with a proven ability to write English to a very high standard. /liliAbility to facilitate/present with strong persuasion to secure buy- in and highly effective negotiating skills to achieve desired outcomes including business growth. /liliAbility to multi-task, manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing high-quality products under short-notice deadlines. /li
