About This Job
Kick‑start your engineering career at Toyota by working closely with suppliers to bring next‑generation automotive parts from development to mass production across Europe.
Team Description
* Act as the link between Toyota Europe and component suppliers developing new products for next‑generation automobiles in Europe.
* Take responsibility from product development through to pre‑production and into mass production using Toyota’s production preparation methodology and teamwork approach.
* Lead the preparation team of Design, Quality & Logistics personnel from Toyota and suppliers, monitoring planning and development activities of a group of suppliers throughout Europe in interior / chassis / functional parts.
* Continuously promote innovations and improvements, ensuring on‑time preparation and successful introduction of parts into mass production.
* Work with suppliers to improve and develop their mass‑production performance in quality, delivery and productivity based on Toyota Production Systems requirements.
Who are we looking for?
Your profile
* Fluent in English (TME business language).
* Less than 18 months of work experience (excluding internships).
* Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing.
* Interest or internship experience in Quality, Production, Industrial Engineering, Logistics (preferably automotive or mass‑production environment).
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive, hands‑on approach and outgoing personality.
* Analytical mindset.
* Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60% of time at suppliers).
