Responsibilities Manage real estate files, including technical, legal, administrative, and tax documentation Conduct due diligence, property valuations, and broker coordination Handle lease termination processes and end-of-lease negotiations Search for new properties in coordination with the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Optimize the real estate portfolio by identifying opportunities and proposing improvements Lead negotiations for purchases, leases, and sales of assets Draft agreements and ensure legal and procedural compliance Maintain structured and compliant reporting aligned with internal policies Ensure accurate administrative handling of all files Technical & Business Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate Strong knowledge of real estate regulations in Flanders Proficiency in MS Office Basic understanding of building technical aspects (preferred) Soft Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Team player with collaborative mindset Risk management awareness Solution- and result-oriented High attention to detail and accuracy Compliance-driven and process-oriented Discreet, transparent, and disciplined Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
