As Quality & Procedures Coord., responsible for A/C & ramp handling, you ensure that Ops procedures are:
1. Up-to-date & compliant with industry standards
2. Clearly documented & effectively communicated
3. Well implemented through collaboration & training
4. Continuously improved through quality & safety follow-up
5. Maintain and update operational procedures and manuals (Aircraft; Cargo; and Internal Procedures Manual & subdocuments)
6. Coordinate production and updates of operational documents within the Quality & Procedures team
7. Communicate procedures to internal teams and external partners
8. Represent Brussels Airlines in LHG working groups
9. Monitor quality and safety performance, follow up incidents, and implement improvements
10. Contribute to and support operational training within your area of expertise
11. Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and ensure compliance
12. Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
13. Minimum 5 years operational experience in Ground Operations
14. Strong knowledge of Altea CM/FM, ICAO/IATA regulations
15. Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch and/or French is an advantage
16. Proficient in MS Office
17. Analytical, organized, communicative and a team player
