Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located near Ostend for the position of Shop Manager. Qualifications

Operations Management and Store Management expertise to handle daily store functions efficiently
Strong leadership and multitasking abilities to mentor team members and oversee various aspects of the shop
Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Experience in food service or retail management is a plus
