About the role
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build high-performing, impact-driven teams.
In this role, you will own and drive hiring for commercial and marketing functions, primarily for Immoweb (and potentially across other AVIV brands). Your mission is to deliver high-quality, bar-raising hires at speed, while acting as a strategic partner to the business.
What you will do
Own hiring end-to-end
1. Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer
2. Lead hiring for commercial and marketing roles
3. Drive structured and efficient processes to ensure speed and quality
Build and manage talent pipelines
4. Run proactive sourcing strategies (market mapping, target companies, key profiles)
5. Develop and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
6. Benchmark salaries and stay close to market trends
Partner with the business
7. Run weekly hiring governance with stakeholders
8. Align hiring priorities with business impact and team needs
9. Provide data-driven insights on talent supply, demand, and competition
Ensure quality & candidate experience
10. Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience
11. Protect and strengthen our employer brand
12. Lead structured, evidence-based interview debriefs
13. Challenge hiring decisions when needed to maintain a high bar
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
14. Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with full ownership of end-to-end hiring
15. Proven track record of hiring Commercial and Marketing roles in competitive markets
16. Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English
17. Strong expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and building proactive talent pipelines
18. A structured and evidence-based approach to hiring — you rely on signals and data, not intuition
19. Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and drive clear, high-quality hiring decisions
20. Strong sense of ownership — from defining the search strategy to closing the right candidate
21. Ability to move fast without compromising on quality or hiring standards
22. You operate as a true business partner, not just a recruiter
