About the Role


The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing the AB Living Group's global talent attraction strategy, supporting international expansion and business growth. This corporate position will act as a link between the global Talent Acquisition strategy and its local implementation, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition at each clinic to ensure consistency in processes, standards, and candidate experience.

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, participating in key selection processes, leading international talent attraction projects, and ensuring a candidate experience aligned with the Group's standards of excellence. The role requires a “Think Global, Act Local” mindset, strong business orientation, project management skills, and sensitivity to working in multicultural environments.



Responsibilities


* Design and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the Group's growth.
* Coordinate and support the Heads of Talent Acquisition at clinics in Spain, Mexico, and future markets.
* Lead talent attraction projects linked to new openings and international expansion.
* Manage strategic selection processes and key positions within the group.
* Develop employer branding initiatives to position AB Living Group as an employer of choice.
* Implement global selection standards and methodologies.
* Analyze recruitment KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and prepare reports.
* Manage ATS tools and systems and optimize selection processes.
* Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate talent needs.
* Ensure a candidate experience aligned with AB Living Group's hospitality philosophy.



Qualifications


* University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate or Master's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Business Administration will be considered an asset.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
* Experience in international environments.
* Experience coordinating complex selection or expansion projects.
* Experience in the hospitality, luxury, wellness, healthcare, or premium services sectors is desirable.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and strategic positions.
* High level of English (C1/C2) essential. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Experience in HR Analytics and reporting.
* Knowledge of employer branding tools is a plus.
