Your next challenge :Accountable and responsible for leading the Digital Solutions Engineering function for Belgium & Luxembourg, in alignment and collaboration with Global Product Engineering and our Global IT & Payment strategy.Core to this includes payment services and solutions, a critical element of our product offering for clients, consumers and merchants.Modernisation of product platforms and the decommissioning and simplification of legacy technologies and service will be a key focus. Driven through strong team structures and resource utilisation, planning and scheduling of deliverables and improved organisation management and monitoring. Delivery assurance through formal planning, tracking and capacity management is needed, alongside service improvement, product availability and performance, inclusive of the continual improvement of product performance and quality.This role leads and governs the core functions of product engineering, development, functional analysis, delivery, test and run across our IT & Payment products and services. This role focusses on successful delivery of run and build activities for all commercial products serving Belgium and Luxembourg.The role drives innovation and digital evolution including, technology modernization, process evolution and technology efficiency, with a focus on both service and budget. This will include convergence models, agile practises (SAFe, Scrum) working with Global IT & Payment functions and the delivery of our One Platform Architecture and related services and processes.There will also be an alignment with Global Strategy and LPM processes and evolution with regards to strategic investments and initiatives. Service management is core, with a focus on both business-as-usual run services as well as continual service improvement through standards and methods, as will be the monitoring of organisation, platform and service performance - implementing industry standard KPI's, metrics and tracking to illustrate progress and improvement.

Functional and Integration :Responsible for the design and implementation of functional and integration strategies across systems, applications, and platforms for Belgium & Luxembourg products/solutionsResponsible for functional, technical and integration consistency and traceability of the Belgium & Luxembourg products/solutionsEnsure strong collaboration between IT, business units, architects, developers, and QA (country & Global) to ensure effective delivery and long-term system cohesion.Ensuring the adoption and implementation of global architecture and integration strategy (one platform architecture and global assets)Contributes to the evolution of the functional and integration global strategy; process improvement and efficiencies.
DevelopmentResponsible for the ownership of product technologies and ways of working for Belgium & Luxembourg, including both Global and Local Assets (Development and Run services)Focus on the payment solutions, standards and protocols, and the evolution of digital and mobile services in an evolving market in respect of solution design, development and run.Contributes to the evolution of global and local product solutions in line with the Pluxee Belgium / Luxembourg product strategy, optimizing resources and controls.Responsible for the monitoring of product performance and projects related to both Global & Local assets and services.Responsible for the development, integration and maintenance of application solutions and product services, in line with global technologies and approaches and meeting Pluxee compliance rules and principles.Ensuring the efficiency of product services in terms of availability, performance and client-faced delivery.
