Job Description
As an Assistant FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing and analyzing financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support decision-making processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying trends to improve financial performance.
Assisting in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Supporting strategic planning and investment analysis projects.
Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.
Identifying areas for cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Assistant FP&A Manager Should Have
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
