KEMIN BIOLOGICS is searching for a Regional Technical Service Manager (Monogastric)
to join their Marketing team. As Regional Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing, technical, and scientific support of the regional marketing and sales teams regarding our vaccine platforms. The Regional TSM will report to the Global Marketing Director at Kemin Biologics and will work in close collaboration with team members across different areas and business units. The global team aims to strategically drive and support Kemin’s Monogastric vaccine business across the globe by leveraging and scaling local Kemin expertise and insights on a regional scale in EMEA. What you’ll be doing: Drive strategic marketing and technical support for our vaccine platforms. Analyze global market developments and shares; develop strategies to maintain or reach the Top 5 players in key market segments. Develop robust technical and marketing plans. Design regional “Go to market” strategies that can be implemented by local teams. Oversee brand life cycles, including strategic planning, renovation, and innovation to extend product life cycles, supported by field studies. Work on publications and publication strategies. Engage key thought and market leaders to support platform positioning and transfer insights to teams. Translate field issues and customer challenges into solutions for sales, technical, and marketing teams. Participate in local and international exhibitions, seminars, trainings, and workshops. Support R&D and regulatory teams by providing technical information and trial results. Qualifications
University degree in Veterinary Medicine. Experience in global technical or marketing management. Background in animal health technical or commercial business. Field experience managing livestock health status. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, understanding customer needs. Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to synthesize information. High motivation, sense of urgency, and desire to contribute immediately. Enjoy working in cross-functional teams. Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus. Willing to travel 30-50% within the region, based at home or regional headquarters. Preferably residing in Europe or CIS.
