Roles & Responsibilities
EU institutions and agencies are faced with a range of diverse challenges and often need to deal with disruptive changes.
We are looking to strengthen the EU sector team with a Project Consultant– EU Institutions who has experience in working with and/or within EU institutions, bodies, organisations, and agencies (EU IBOA).
1. Lead and contribute to the activities from a proposal preparation to its implementation.
2. Deliver feasibility studies, impact assessment and evaluation studies in line with the Better Regulation toolbox and other EU methodologies and guidance.
3. Monitor policy developments at the European level and prepare briefing papers.
4. Oversee implementation of several projects to ensure quality delivery on time and budget.
5. Participate in the organisation of teams’ events and training sessions.
6. Actively contribute to EU-organised events and share the knowledge and expertise with the EU institutions practice, public sector, and the organisation network.
7. Craft, build and manage a project roadmap to ensure timely delivery of project activities and success of an overall project objectives.
8. Commit to the development of our practice by participating to the organisation of team events, training sessions and recruitment activities.

Skills & Qualifications
9. Hold a Masters’ degree and have minimum 3 years of experience, including client-facing consulting experience;
10. Have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in consultancy environment with focus on EU IBOA;
11. Have in-depth business and policy expertise in one of the following domains: justice and home affairs, sustainability, energy and climate, public health, digitalisation, etc.
12. Hold certificates in project management (PRINCE2Foundation, PM2methodology), Business analysis (e.g. CBAP), ITIL, TOGAF, etc.
13. Have the knowledge and practical experience with the Better Regulation toolbox of the Commission;
14. Have commercial mindset and hands-on experience with proposal preparation for EU IBOA.
15. Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French is a plus
16. Have excellent communications and presentation skills.
