To support the Autovaccines department in Belgium, Poulpharm is looking for a Lab Technician.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Lab Technician Autovaccine, you will be involved in the entire process and are expected to carefully comply with the various quality requirements.
You will be responsible for:
* Culturing bacteria and viruses.
* Performing sterility tests and QC analyses on the final product.
* Assisting in the execution of procedures.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency within the department.
* Providing project-based and administrative support to the operational manager by preparing documents, creating planning schedules, etc.
* Occasionally supporting the mixing and filling of the finished product.
You will work closely with your colleagues in the autovaccine team and report to the Department Manager.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
* A bachelor's degree in a bioscience-related field or equivalent experience.
* Experience with sterile laboratory work is a plus, but not a requirement.
* You work accurately and in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail.
* You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
* You have an innovative mindset and a true "can-do" mentality.
* You enjoy taking responsibility and work with a strong focus on quality.
