After an initial onboarding period alongside an experienced consultant, you will take ownership of system administration and data integrity. Your responsibilities include:Managing and improving data quality, including loading and updating data via AccessMonitoring data integrity and ensuring complianceProviding user support and following up on support casesDocumenting processes, creating user guides, and delivering demosManaging users and licenses for ERP and related toolsSupporting reporting and documentation of system functionalitiesCollaborating on customizations and system improvementsThis position offers a high degree of autonomy and interaction with various stakeholders across departments.Your profile To succeed in this role, you bring:A degree in industrial or civil engineering, preferably with knowledge of production logistics or financial managementFluency in Dutch and English; French is an assetProven experience with ERP systems, ideally including Glovia, as well as Power BI and AccessStrong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingExcellent multitasking abilities and organizational skillsA confident and collaborative personality, able to build trust with stakeholdersWhat you'll get in return You will join a dynamic and international work environment that values initiative and offers variety in your daily tasks.
