You will primarily be employed at our client site in Ninove, where we are responsible for maintaining an automated distribution and storage center. You will work within a large team, sharing the responsibility for:
1. Minimizing the downtime of the installation
2. Ensuring the availability and throughput of the material handling installations (pallet and box transport)
3. Focusing on continuous improvement (both technical and organizational) in a KPI-driven and lean maintenance environment
4. Depending on your knowledge and experience, which you will certainly expand in this role, you will be responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance.
5. Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs is a key responsibility. To prevent stoppages and interruptions, you will analyze errors in addition to resolving them. Together with your colleagues, you will implement action plans to prevent defects. You can always rely on colleagues and our support services for problem-solving. You will ensure that the existing installation documentation is kept up-to-date and that all incidents are correctly recorded.

Profile Description
6. You have obtained a degree in a technical field (maintenance techniques, mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or electricity)
7. You have broad general knowledge of PLCs: Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, MoviTools
8. You are familiar with Fieldbus, Profibus, drivers, scanners, and electrical diagrams
9. Working with an on-call system is not an issue for you
10. You see a problem not as an obstacle but as a challenge
11. You work both independently and in a team, and you have a good sense of when to escalate issues
12. You are willing to work in shifts
13. You are proficient in Dutch OR English
14. Fully adhering to all safety rules and regulations is second nature to you
