Data analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst (4 years of experience) to join a Customer Analysis team in Brussels for a 4-month project. The role focuses on translating business needs into data-driven hypotheses, using available client data to support customer-related business questions. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, transform, and analyse rough data using sourcing techniques.
• Translate business needs into relevant hypotheses that can be verified through client data.
• Identify relevant data variables, formats, and data sources.
• Transform and analyse data to support business needs and customer data-related questions.
• Deliver business impact to improve the customer approach.
• Create to-the-point PowerPoint stories with key conclusions and recommendations based on data.

Must-Have Requirements

• You have proven experience in SAS EG, SQL, and Python to capture and transform data.
• You have Power BI reporting skills.
• You are able to set up ad hoc queries and reports using data analytics tools.
• You have good knowledge of bank and insurance products and the sector.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
• You are fluent in French.
• English proficiency.
