Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (Manufacturing)

My client a global organization currently have an urgent requirement for a HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this position you will play a key role in supporting a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment involving operators, unionized staff, and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational HR Leadership
* Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, actively participating in leadership team meetings.
* Present absenteeism insights and drive mitigation and improvement plans.
* Manage urgent and sensitive employee relations cases, including operator conflicts and union-related matters.
* Lead disciplinary processes, including delivering warning letters and facilitating corrective actions.
* Maintain strong, constructive relationships with employee representatives and unions.
Strategic HR Support
* Contribute to talent discussions and succession planning in close collaboration with HR colleagues.
* Partner on key strategic HR projects (e.g., absenteeism programs, reintegration initiatives, leadership development).
* Work closely with HR Operations and Learning teams for seamless HR service delivery.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including direct experience with the responsibilities listed above.
* Manufacturing experience Blue-collar workforce exposure required.
* Fluency in French and English required
