As a key commercial contact for our clients, you will build long-term relationships that drive their success and ours. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, growing our partnerships through upselling, and securing contract renewals.
With a portfolio of existing clients to manage, you will analyze and understand your customers' IT projects in-depth and identify potential sales opportunities. You will demonstrate the product to end-users, negotiate contract renewals, and provide tailored solutions to meet the client's unique needs.

Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Business
2. Strong relational and negotiation skills
3. Solution-oriented
4. Strong organizational skills
5. 0-3 years of experience in IT/Sales
6. Belgian work permit
