Join a dynamic and collaborative squad composed of 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, and 10 developers. We manage several products on-premise, in Private and Public Cloud, mainly including:
• Bespoke C# .Net Libraries delivered as NuGet
• Security token services for Web, API, and Message-based applications
• Service Fabric clusters for hosting mission-critical applications
• Cloud resources, middleware (runtime, hosting), Service Mesh…
Our main stakeholders are Euroclear software developers, system administrators, and solution architects. We focus on integration, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. We also collaborate with security teams to implement necessary security measures and ensure data protection.
Your Role
As a Service Fabric DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting our on-premise Service Fabric clusters and environments.
You’ll play a key role in client support, quality assurance, and “watch duty” (on-call rotation), ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely.
A highly skilled Technical Security Automation Specialist to lead the development, orchestration, and compliance validation of Technical Security Baseline (TSB) assessments across Windows Server environments, with a focus on IIS, COM+, and MsDTC components. This role will interface closely with security teams to ensure alignment with CIS benchmarks and enterprise security standards.
This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with at least 5 years of experience who is looking for a stable, impactful position in a forward-thinking organization.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain, monitor, and optimize on-premise Service Fabric clusters and deployment environments.
2. Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Ansible) to streamline operations and orchestration.
3. Provide high-quality support to internal clients and stakeholders.
4. Participate in watch duty/on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system reliability.
5. Perform quality assurance and validation of integration solutions.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve cluster, deployment, and environment-related issues.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
8. Document technical processes and configurations for team reference.
9. Ensure compliance with internal governance and data privacy standards.
Key Qualifications
10. Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
11. Proven expertise in managing on-premise Service Fabric clusters.
12. Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell required; Ansible highly valued).
13. Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git, .
14. Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management.
15. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
