Key Responsibilities
* Ensure application and service referentials are accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained across the Tribe
* Ensure services are properly documented, enabling squads to focus on delivering customer value
* Lead and coordinate major incidents and crisis situations, including participation in crisis calls
* Ensure rapid service restoration with minimal business impact and manage customer communications on digital channels
* Perform root cause analysis and follow up on structural corrective actions
* Define and maintain disaster recovery scenarios and participate in annual bank-wide disaster recovery exercises
* Collaborate closely with Security CoE teams to manage risks, audit recommendations, control plans, and application vulnerabilities
* Ensure timely remediation of security threats and maintain strong alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements
* Provide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, operations, or digital environments
* Strong exposure to digital security, risk, process, and asset management
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Hands-on experience with BNPP Fortis tools such as Archer and/or ServiceNow
* Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills
* Good understanding of the BNP Paribas Fortis IT landscape
