Assistant Relationship Manager Consultant
This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Assistant Relationship Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Relationship Manager (RM) in commercial and administrative tasks, including opening new accounts, ordering credit and other cards, preparing contracts for digital channel onboarding, conducting research, handling complaints, preparing and/or following up on “know your customer” files, and entering annual accounts. Together, you and the RM are responsible for client satisfaction.
* Act as a key intermediary, both internally and for clients, when the RM is unavailable.
* Keep client files up to date and gather the necessary information for this purpose.
* Perform all tasks and related communications (internal and external) with high quality and respect for deadlines.
Requirements:
* Native Dutch is mandatory.
* Good command of French is required.
* Strong written and spoken English skills are necessary.
* Bachelor’s degree with a focus on economics and accounting is accepted.
* Preferably at least 2 years of experience, ideally in banking, but recent graduates with the right economic background and drive are also welcome.
* Mandatory experience with IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF); MS Office experience is preferable.
* Relevant economic education such as economics, accountancy, taxation, or business management is required.
* Commercial experience is a plus.
* A strong interest in the business world and entrepreneurial spirit is essential. You are creative, efficient, and client-focused.

* You are motivated by ambitious goals and perform well under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills with RMs, fellow Assistant Relationship Managers, and clients by phone.
