As an Account Manager, you'll be the main commercial contact for your portfolio of existin clients. You'll focus on building long-term relationships that support their success and ours. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction, grow partnerships through upselling, and secure contract renewals.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build lasting partnerships
* Deeply understand their needs and uncover upsell opportunities. Be the Odoo adviser they rely on
* ve growth by identifying future sales potential and guiding customers towards the right Odoo package
* Showcase new apps, features, and versions through impactful product demonstrations
* Secure contract renewals and upgrade agreements, from monthly plans to multi-year commitments

- Strong relational & negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills: you will have around 150 clients to manage
- 0 to 3 years of exp. in IT/Sales
- Ability to learn quickly
