Overview Senior Scrum Master Consultant – This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions as a Cluster Scrum Master within the IT Tribe Daily Banking. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Drive and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of features, initiatives, and opuses, including development, testing, release, and aftercare, for example through Scrum of Scrums.
Facilitate the cluster refinement and delivery board, maintain the cluster delivery roadmap, and ensure recurrent alignment with architecture.
Resolve cluster-level impediments and report on initiative and feature/opus delivery progress to relevant stakeholders.
Bring together relevant stakeholders and contributors, maintaining strong relationships with them.
Stimulate other roles, such as squad scrum masters, to act autonomously and provide support where needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the cluster and tribe.
Act as a leader and, together with the Cluster Product Owner, serve as spokespersons for your cluster.
Requirements At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
Technical experience: Build sufficient knowledge of the cluster’s products/assets (Cards, Cash) to understand the context of each squad and provide optimal support.
Business experience: Ability to bridge business and IT.
Familiarity with agile teams and methodologies is preferable.
Knowledge or experience in the domain of cards issuing and/or cards payments is an asset.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.
Capable of adopting a helicopter view to identify and resolve present and future intertribe dependencies.
Significant influence on those around you.
Language: English and active knowledge of at least one local language (Dutch or French), with passive knowledge of the other.
Travel: Occasional travel to Paris may be required.
Telework: Expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
