Your Mission
As an HR BP we expect you to promote our culture of
collective leadership
. You'll work closely with both the organisation, the Lead Links of your circles (=departments) and each individual employee.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
* Ensure a great employee experience that makes us the employer of choice. You will be responsible for the full employee experience of your designated circles in onboarding, career growth, learning, performance cycle, development, employee wellbeing, offboarding.
* Be a strategic HR advisor for the Lead Links in your respective circles on various people topics.
* Coach the organisation in our continuous feedback culture and learning culture.
* Support various People and Culture projects to enhance our self and collective leadership culture.
Who We're Looking For:
An HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner and a proven track record of implementing people initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance and grow.
You're a strategic HR thinker with a hands-on approach who can balance operational support with strategic projects. You ought to be proactive, empathetic and able to build strong relationships. You'll need self-reflection and the ability to guide others in their personal development. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments. Fluency in English is required. Any additional languages are a plus. A quick embrace of new digital tools is essential.

That said, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexibility with the option to work from home when needed. Travel is a key aspect of the role, with bi-weekly trips to our offices in Spain, Italy, and other European locations.
