Ph3About Our Client /h3 pAs an IT Security Officer, you will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and supervision of day‑to‑day information security activities within a well‑established player in the mobility services industry. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of information security and cybersecurity policies, as well as in the oversight of the risk assessment process, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems. Your ultimate objective is to protect the organisation's information assets against internal and external threats in a regulated and evolving environment. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Governance Compliance /h3 ul liImplement and maintain information security policies and procedures in line with international standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA). /li liDesign, implement, and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS). /li liOversee and maintain Business Continuity and resilience plans, including back‑up testing, recovery procedures, and crisis scenarios. /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liManage Third‑Party Risk Assessments, including security evaluations of new vendors and partners. /li liConduct security assessments and risk analyses for internal projects and specific business requests. /li liDefine, monitor, and follow up on risk mitigation plans. /li liTrack developments related to threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies to continuously adapt the security strategy. /li /ul h3Security Operations (SecOps) /h3 ul liSupervise daily security operations and proactive monitoring activities. /li liAct as the main coordination point for security services delivered by external providers. /li liOversee incident and data breach management, including investigations and corrective actions. /li liProduce security incident reports and ensure proper escalation and follow‑up until full resolution. /li liEnsure robust controls to preserve data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. /li /ul h3Security Architecture Secure Development /h3 ul liDefine and implement standards for secure coding and secure architecture design. /li liParticipate in architecture and governance committees to ensure security requirements are embedded in all projects. /li liWork closely with IT, legal, and business teams to integrate security by design and by default. /li /ul h3Training Awareness /h3 ul liDesign and deliver security awareness programs across the organisation. /li liTrain employees on best practices, security policies, responsibilities, and secure behaviours. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum 7 years of experience in IT security, information security, or risk management roles. /li liStrong knowledge of systems, networks, and security solutions (e.g. firewalls, SIEM, IAM). /li liSolid understanding of security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS, GDPR). /li liAnalytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. /li liProfessional proficiency in French and Dutch.
