About Our Client

Our client represents the worlds leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, they operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.

They are now proud to be the exclusive advertising partner of Reddit in Austria, bringing the platforms unique power of communities and conversations to local brands. As Reddits sales engine in the market, they're looking for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on hitting targets, closing deals, and building long-term client value.

Responsibilities:

* Actively prospect, pitch, and close new business with agencies and brands, selling Reddits advertising solutions with confidence and impact.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity to exceed revenue targets.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contracts and drive deal closure to hit and surpass quarterly sales goals.
* Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI for clients.
* Represent Reddit at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build brand presence and generate leads.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and contribute to market growth strategy.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record (3+ years) in digital advertising sales, online media, or ad tech, with measurable success in exceeding sales targets.
* Strong experience in consultative selling, pitching, and closing deals in the advertising industry.
* Established network within agencies, marketing, and media in Austria.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level decision-makers.
* Strategic thinker who can identify and seize commercial opportunities.
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Ability to explain complex digital advertising concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
