Global Medical Affairs Director – Rheumatology
We're hiring a Global Medical Affairs Director to lead cross-regional medical strategy, evidence generation, and launch planning within rheumatology. This is a strategic role partnering across functions to shape clinical development and lifecycle plans to maximise patient impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead global medical strategy across development, launch, and lifecycle
* Input into clinical development plans and target product profiles
* Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure alignment
* Engage external experts and lead key medical activities (ad boards, congresses, research)
* Support publications, medical education, and investigator-sponsored studies
Requirements
* Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
* Strong Medical Affairs experience across the product lifecycle
* Background in rheumatology or related therapy area
* Experience working globally and cross-functionally
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
