At Darwind, we believe that good decisions start with clarity. We're looking for a Business Analyst who brings structure to complex situations and translates business needs into actionable insights, someone who can act as the bridge between business expectations and IT delivery.

* Manage stakeholders with different expectations and priorities.
* Operate in Agile or Waterfall environments, depending on the project.
Who you are

* A Master's degree.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling and analysis.
* Knowledge of BPMN, UML, workshop facilitation and reporting.
