Founded in 2008, NEO2 is a consulting and technical assistance firm specializing in process engineering and industrial infrastructure. Our group has over 600 employees and works with major clients in the Energy, Environment, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Food industries on industrial and digital projects.

We deploy our consultant engineers, technical experts, and project managers to assist our clients in executing their strategic projects. Today, we are established in France in Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Aix-en-Provence, and Bordeaux, and we continue our development with the opening of an office in Brussels, Belgium.

To support the group's growth, we are looking to strengthen our team of Maintenance consultants.

Joining our teams as a Maintenance Engineering Consultant, you will undertake your first mission with one of our clients, among the following industries: pharma, oil and gas, food and beverages, chemicals,...
Attached to a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of equipment, materials, and infrastructure while meeting goals related to reliability, quality, safety, and budget.
You will be involved in the following tasks:
* Define the content of maintenance plans, evaluate their relevance, and determine the need for updates.
* Develop the strategy for spare parts procurement.
* Ensure the reliability of equipment in the area for which you are responsible.
* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to identify impacts, determine corrective actions, and oversee their execution.
* Prioritize maintenance activities in the area on a weekly and monthly basis (direct interventions, weekly maintenance, major shutdown).
* Analyze the frequency of non-standard events and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
* Use excel and VBA macros to automate reporting and turn raw data into actionable maintenance insights
Your profile
Graduated from an engineering school with a mechanical focus, you want to boost your career by working on innovative projects with major Belgian and international industrial companies.
* Engineering degree with mechanical focus. You have solid foundations in hydraulics and pneumatics
* You are proficient in analysis methodologies such as FMEA (AMDEC), 5 Whys (5PQ) and RCA
* Adaptability: You understand that maintenance in Chemicals has different constraints than in Agri-food or Metallurgy.
* Field Presence: You are a \"hands-on\" professional. You are comfortable wearing your work blues all day and working directly on the shop floor.
* Resilience: You can operate effectively in diverse environments—whether they are noisy and gritty or strictly controlled cleanrooms.
* You have at least a first experience in a similar position.
* You are proficient in SAP (specifically SAP PM) and can manipulate data via excel macros/VBA
* You speak English and French or Dutch.
* You hold a valid work Permit for Belgium (required).
