As a Logistics responsible your responsibilities are :
* Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and orders.
* Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues.
* Assist in preparing and processing shipment documentation.
* Support the logistics team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
* Provide regular updates and reports to the logistics manager
A successful Logistics Responsible should have:
* A background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in supply chain management.
* Speak Dutch AND French
* An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
