What we are looking for
* Track record in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, energy, or industrial technology.
* Understanding of software and energy.
* Consultative selling approach: you help customers solve problems.
* Strong network or ability to build relationships with enterprise decision-makers in Iberia.
* Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
* Entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you shape your own success.
