The L1 Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for end-users, responsible for handling basic IT issues, logging tickets, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of technical problems. Required : 1–2 years of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role. Basic knowledge of ITIL practices. Familiar with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools. Exposure to ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent in English (mandatory); Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
