Our projects include the development of new warehouses and major CAPEX projects (renovations, infrastructure). As a small team, all engineers in building and construction, we place great emphasis on sustainability in our projects, including BREEAM certifications.
Your role :
As a Technical Project Manager CAPEX, you will play a crucial role in managing large-scale projects. You will start with CAPEX projects and progress to new developments. You will closely collaborate with the technical team to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities :
CAPEX Projects Management:
1. Analysis, preparation of specifications and measurements
2. Price study, tendering, negotiation, and contracting
3. Communication and consultation with contractors, clients, and tenants
4. Planning development, site follow-up, delivery, and administrative follow-up
5. Post-project calculations
Innovation:
6. Propose and analyze innovative projects
7. Develop business cases and negotiate with stakeholders
8. Participate in company meetings
BREEAM Coordination:
9. Coordinate BREEAM In-Use assessments with external advisors
10. Follow up on retro-fits
Your profile :
11. Degree in Technical Engineering (civil or industrial engineer)
12. At least 2 years of experience in coordinating and following up on technical projects
13. Experience in CAPEX project management with a general contractor is a major plus
14. Familiarity with project management tools and procedures (PMI or equivalent)
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other online tools
16. Languages: You speak Dutch and English
17. Personal qualities: autonomous, rigorous, passionate about technical challenges, good communicator, team player, structured, pragmatic, and flexible
