Our partner, a leading company in Belgium, is looking for a junior/medior IT Officer to join their team of 5 talented IT engineers. 🇧🇪

IT Officer - The Role
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across multiple offices.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues (laptops, printers, mobile devices, VPN, Wi-Fi).
* Install and configure workstations, operating systems, and standard business applications.
* Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Microsoft 365).
* Escalate complex incidents to 3rd line or vendors while ensuring SLA follow-up.
* Support onboarding/offboarding and IT equipment lifecycle management.
* Contribute to IT documentation, security practices, and continuous improvement.
IT Officer - The Profile
* 1 to 4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
* Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
* Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English and French and Dutch.
