Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer based in Ath. The primary responsibilities include managing R&D projects from conception to execution, developing and improving existing products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. xphnsxz The role also involves conducting research to identify new emerging technological opportunities and driving innovation in cryosurgical medical devices.
Qualifications
* Strong Research and Product Development (R&D) experience
* Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
* Proven experience in medical device design (SolidWorks or ACAD) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
* Experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is advantageous
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
