We are looking for a motivated and proactive Partnership Specialist to support and grow our strategic relationship with Microsoft. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop in partnership management, sales, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
You will work closely with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders, contributing to pipeline growth, go-to-market initiatives, and partnership visibility, while learning how to manage strategic alliances in a fast-paced environment.
Your Mission
Define, activate, and govern a high-impact Microsoft partnership that accelerates growth, strengthens co-sell motions, and increases visibility within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Relationship Support
* Support the relationship with Microsoft teams (Account Executives, Partner Managers), helping maintain regular communication and engagement.
* Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and partnership-related activities.
Go-to-Market & Sales Support
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support Microsoft-led initiatives (events, campaigns, workshops).
* Help identify and track co-sell opportunities and support pipeline generation.
* Contribute to positioning the company within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Pipeline & Reporting
* Support the maintenance of CRM, pipeline tracking, and partnership data.
* Assist in preparing reports on partnership performance and key metrics.
Content & Assets
* Help gather and update client success stories, use cases, and sales materials.
* Support the preparation of content for Microsoft-related submissions and initiatives.
Learning & Enablement
* Continuously learn about Microsoft programs, solutions, and partnership models.
* Support internal teams by sharing relevant updates and insights from the Microsoft ecosystem.
What We are Looking For
* 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or similar roles.
* Interest in technology, cloud, or the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Data, AI is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
* Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a partnership/sales role.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
