Process Analyst We are Belgium's leading independent ATM operator, managing an unmanned national network that will soon reach 1,040 locations across the country. Our mission is to offer convenient, reliable and secure cash access for all users. As our operations expand, we are strengthening our internal governance and process management to support efficiency, growth and compliance across all business units. We are looking for a medior process analyst with strong analytical skills, curiosity and ambition to grow with the company. This role offers the opportunity to build and mature our process management framework almost from the ground up. In the first phase, you will design and implement a sustainable process governance system ("process house") to ensure long-term consistency and clarity. Key responsibilities: Process documentation: Work closely with business owners and subject matter experts to capture and formalize existing processes and procedures. Map end-to-end (operational) processes using standardized formats and tools. Identify gaps, overlaps and critical dependencies between teams. Identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains and or risks. Process structure & methodology: Develop and maintain a company-wide process management framework, including standards, templates and versioning rules. Define governance principles ensuring each process has a clear owner (business owner remains responsible for updates). Introduce methods and tools for process lifecycle management, supporting continuous improvement. Support & coaching: Train and coach process owners and experts to document and maintain their processes. Review process updates for structure, consistency and alignment with best practices. Act as the central coordination point for all process-related inquiries and initiatives. Continuous improvement: Support root cause analyses and optimization initiatives based on process insights. Contribute to the introduction of key performance indicators (KPI's) to track process adherence and efficiency. What do we expect from you? Bachelor's of Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent by experience. 2 - 5 years of experience in process analysis, business operations, or quality management. Strong analytical and structuring skills; ability to transform complexity into clarity. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Hands-on attitude with ambition to grow into a process management or transformation role. Familiarity with BPMN, Lean, or similar methodologies is an asset.
