We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Business Diagnostic: Conduct structured interviews with COOs, Plant Managers, and Quality Leads to uncover costs such as scrap rates, recall risks, and the manual cost of maintaining ungoverned AI.
* Construct the NPV Model: Build the financial business case that justifies the investment. Quantify the Risk Mitigation Value, i.e., what it costs the customer if their current AI models drift or fail an audit.
* Executive Presentation: Serve as the primary voice to the C-Level, presenting the "Executive Plan" and translating technical governance (Drift, Retraining) into financial terms (Risk Transfer, OPEX predictability).
* Enforce the "No-Demo" Rule: Act as the gatekeeper to ensure that no technical resources are deployed until a business case is validated, preventing PoC fatigue.
Job Requirements
The Ideal Profile
* Background: 3-5 years in Strategy Consulting (e.g., Roland Berger, Bain) or Industrial Private Equity. You speak the language of the P&L, not the language of the GPU.
* Skillset: Exceptional financial modelling (Excel/Python) and C-suite presentation skills.
* Region: Belgium / DACH. If not local, willingness to travel to the office at 60% is a must.
