About the Role

A confidential international company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support and manage key HR processes in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

The role requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional who can handle recruitment, HR administration, onboarding, learning support and daily coordination with managers.


🎯 Key Responsibilities


Recruitment

* Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, feedback and candidate communication.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure smooth hiring processes.
* Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.


HR Administration

* Manage employee lifecycle documentation: onboarding, contract changes, offboarding.
* Coordinate with external providers (occupational health, training, payroll, etc.).
* Maintain and update internal HR systems and employee records.
* Support in preparing reports and assisting with internal/external audits.


People Operations

* Collaborate on internal HR projects (culture, engagement, internal communication, training).
* Provide support to employees, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and timely responses.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.


📚 Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
* Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred).y
* Experience with Payroll, preferably
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.
* Fluency (C1 level) in English, French and Spanish – written and spoken.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Experience with recruitment tools or HR software is a plus.
