* Coordinating administrative exchanges and meetings
* Managing complex agendas and priorities
* Administering the full contract lifecycle, including monthly billing and financial follow‑up
* Producing structured reporting and supporting compliance with security governance
* Act as the administrative single point of contact (SPOC) between the client, Security Operations Center, and internal stakeholders
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Contract and Operations Managers
* Ensure strict confidentiality, accuracy, and responsiveness within a 24/7 security context
* Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative/contract support, ideally in an international security or high‑risk environment
* Strong organizational and reporting skills
* Advanced proficiency in office and collaboration tools
* Trilingual mandatory: English, French, Dutch (C1); Spanish/Italian are assets
* Exposure to a high‑level international security environment with meaningful responsibility and visibility
* Stable office‑based position
