Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have good notions of GxP (Good Practice) regulations and will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and oversee pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, QA, and more.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
* Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.
* Be a key contact point between your sponsor and our company
Qualifications:
* Bachelor or master degree, in science or IT, or equivalent bij experience
* 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Good understanding and experience with GxP regulations.
* Proven ability to manage 1 or multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
