As a Telephone Roadside Assistance Agent, you are the first point of contact for drivers who experience a breakdown while on the road. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and make sure every driver receives the support they need. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed throughout the process.Organise interventions and dispatch assistance to towing services, partners, or technicians.
* Record all relevant data in the system (time, location, issue details, planning, updates...).
* Stay calm in urgent situations and consistently act with customer focus.
* Working together in a dedicated team: You will be part of a team that is committed 24/7 to providing our customers with the best possible support.
Willingness to work in a shift system: early, late, day, night and weekend work.
* Experience in dispatching, customer service, or roadside assistance is an asset.
* Fluent in English, Czech & another Eastern language (minimum B2 level).
Fixed contract fixed term (no interim contract, yes Volvo Contract).
* Full time schedule with rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6 to 8 weeks.
* Occasional Home Work.
