As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling a variety of incoming queries through phone, email, and live chat (Chatter). Your mission is to provide fast, friendly, and efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Tasks :

Answer incoming customer calls and emails in Dutch and French
*
Respond to live chat inquiries via Chatter
*
Assist customers with product or service-related questions
*
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues
*
Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution
*
Keep internal systems updated with accurate customer information
*
Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.)
We are looking for a Customer Advisor that :

You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French (spoken and written)
*
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
You are dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused
*
You are comfortable with handling multiple channels (calls, emails, chat)
*
Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is a plus

You are organized and capable of working independently as well as in a team
