We are looking for a proactive and empathetic leader to guide our M365 & Collaboration Services team. You will lead technical experts in delivering high-quality solutions across Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, OneDrive, etc.), while aligning technology with business strategy.
As Team Lead, you'll:
* Lead and mentor a team of M365 specialists, engineers, and juniors.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
* Manage multiple budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and plan resources with a multi-year rolling forecast.
* Ensure smooth operation, support, and optimization of M365 services.
* Oversee service delivery, SLAs, and incident/problem management.
* Align the M365 roadmap with organizational goals and identify opportunities for automation, adoption, and modernization.
* Implement and maintain governance policies for M365 usage, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Vereisten
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in leading technical teams, preferably in M365 or collaboration services.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, OneDrive, etc.).
* Familiarity with M365 administration, licensing, and security features.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with ITIL practices and service management tools.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Selection Criteria
* Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with M365 services and ability to guide technical decisions.
* Leadership Capability: Minimum 3 years in a similar position with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
* Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align technology with business strategy.
