Overview
Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation sector, is seeking a senior professional to join their security department. This role focuses on the management and implementation of cybersecurity risk frameworks across both IT and OT environments to ensure organizational resilience.
Responsibilities
* Perform cybersecurity risk assessments covering IT, OT, IIoT, and application environments.
* Maintain accurate reporting on identified risks and coordinate remediation activities.
* Operationalize enterprise risk management, cybersecurity risk management, and third-party risk management frameworks.
* Collaborate with operational teams to identify potential threats and define effective mitigation strategies.
* Conduct risk assessments of control processes to ensure alignment with security governance.
* Identify gaps in existing security processes and propose structural improvements.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and security governance.
* 3+ years of experience performing IT maturity assessments within large-scale organizations.
* Proven knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
* You're experienced in navigating complex and regulated environments.
* You possess a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* You are fluent in Dutch or French with professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Haves
* Experience performing OT risk assessments.
* Relevant experience within the transport sector.
* Professional certifications such as CISSP or CEH.

* Start date: May 11, 2026.
* Duration: 8 months (extendable).
* Location: Brussels.
* Working model: Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite per week).
