Key Account Manager (Dutch Speaking) – Retail & Experience Projects

Flanders & The Netherlands | Remote-Based (Office: Nivelles)We are supporting an international, fast-growing organisation active in large-scale creative experience projects for shopping centres, retail destinations, and public spaces across Europe.The company designs and delivers turnkey seasonal and festive installations that transform commercial environments into immersive experiences.We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Dutch speaking) to drive commercial development across Flanders and the Netherlands .

The RoleThis is a hybrid sales + project leadership position. You will not only develop new business, but also oversee the full client journey — from first contact to final installation.Key responsibilities:

Actively prospect and develop new opportunities within shopping malls, XXL retail properties, and leisure destinationsRespond to RFQs and tenders with high-quality, impactful proposalsPresent and defend creative concepts to clientsServe as the single point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycleCoordinate closely with internal creative, project management, and production teamsEnsure operational excellence, timelines, budgets, and client satisfactionMonitor market trends and competitive developmentsContinuously improve internal processes and collaboration

Your Profile:

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or key account/project managementExperience in retail property, mall operations, or large-format retail environments is a strong advantageFluent in Dutch, with good command of French and EnglishStrong communication and influencing skillsClient-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationshipsExcellent organisational and project management skillsStrategic mindset with entrepreneurial driveComfortable working autonomously in a remote setupWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories
