As the Operations Director, you will take ownership of the end-to-end reliability and operational performance of our clients UCaaS platform. You will lead three distributed engineering teams and drive a step-change in operational maturity, from a reactive operation to a proactive, scalable, SRE driven model.
Key skills and experience required....
* Proven leadership experience in Operations, Platform or SRE within SaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, or telecom
* Experience managing distributed engineering teams across geographies
* Incident management & on-call models SLOs / SLIs / reliability frameworks
* Observability & monitoring systems
* Track record of building or transforming operational maturity
* Technical Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.) CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, infrastructure-as-code xphnsxz etc
* You demonstrate a ownership mindset with strong accountability
* Structured and process-driven approach
* Proactive, solution-oriented attitude
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
