We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Machine Learning Engineer to join our client on a freelance basis. This role focuses on leveraging remote sensing, geospatial data, and geographical datasets to develop advanced machine learning models for image and object detection.
Design and implement machine learning models for image classification, object detection, and feature extraction using remote sensing data.
Process and analyze large-scale geospatial datasets from satellite imagery, aerial photography, and LiDAR.
Develop pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
Collaborate with data scientists and GIS specialists to integrate ML outputs into geospatial workflows.
Ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance of models in real-world applications.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
Experience with remote sensing tools
Solid understanding of computer vision techniques for image and object detection.
Familiarity with geospatial data formats and spatial databases.
