What will you do? Your main responsibility is to design & successfully deliver bpost product portfolio of parcels delivery services, a strategic domain in rapid growth You capitalize on your strong background in strategy development and/or product innovation to conduct market analyses in ecommerce & logistics, identify and quantify business opportunities, and define product development strategies Based on an in depth understanding of the customer needs (business & consumer), the market potential and the competition, you define the product, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies of the entire parcels product portfolio (delivery, return across different channels, international delivery, guarantees, partnerships, etc…). You guide the delivery teams to ensure coherence and excellence in new products and services development and launches. You work in cross-functional mode with sales, communication, pricing and agile development teams You monitor that products match with market needs, customer expectations, as well as their profitability through analyses of market, customer, usage and financial insights. You are responsible with sales teams for realizing financial objectives on the product portfolio. You manage the portfolio lifecycle. Who are you? Master's degree or equivalent experience. At least 7 years' experience in business strategy development, strategic consulting, or innovation and product portfolio development Strong strategic and analytical skills. At ease with market and profitability analyses, as well as business case development Ability to articulate a vision and develop deployment plans including go-to-market strategies Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience in ecommerce, FMCG or logistics is a plus Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
